Susan is experienced in real estate sales since 2003. She obtained her NAR
e-PRO Designation in 2004, Broker's license in 2005, Certified Short Sale
Professional in 2009 and Pricing Strategy Advisor certification in 2019.
Certified Financial Real Estate Advisor and National Commercial Real Estate
Agent and Commitment to Excellence Certification in 2022, and Expert
Listing Agent designation in 2023. Susan has excelled in commercial real
estate since 2020 while still maintaining a presence in the residential sector.

Professional Experience

Prior to her real estate career, Susan had several years of experience in
Retail Bank Management and Mortgage Lending making Susan uniquely
qualified to help bring buyers and sellers together. In the Commercial sector,
Susan has consistently ranked in the top 4 commercial agents in the
Heartland Association of Realtors since entering the commercial sector and
closing over $25M in sales since 2020.

Professional Affiliations and Designations 

 Susan is a current member of the Lake Wales Association of Realtors,
Heartland Association of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors, National
Association of Realtors, Heartland Matrix MLS, Beaches MLS, Stellar MLS
Multiple Listings Services and the Sebring Chamber of Commerce. She
served 2 years as Awards Committee Chair for the Lake Placid Board of
Realtors (which has since merged with the Heartland Association of
Realtors), winning the coveted President's Award for her service. Susan has
been a member of the Heartland MLS Committee since 2020 and was
recently elected to the 2025/2026 HAR Board of Directors

Personal / Comments
Over her career, Susan has been involved in charities such as the March of
Dimes, Muscular Dystrophy Association, the Junior Achievement and the
American Cancer Society. She currently co-hosts a weekly Bible study
established in 2010. Susan also actively coaches new agents believing in
the “pay it forward” mindset.
